Customer Service Officer (Reception):
Our Customer Success Officers play an integral part of the daily operations of our facilities, providing our local communities with the highest quality customer service.
They are responsible for creating the first impression for each and every customer that walks through our doors. Customer Service Officers must have a positive attitude with a friendly and warm personality to ensure the best customer experience.
If you don’t have your qualifications yet, our team can help you! We can easily arrange for you to undertake accredited training through Southern Education.
